Kate Hatfield
Attorney at Law

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men." – Colossians 3:23

In August of 2007, Kate opened The Consumer Law Firm. The mission of the firm was to help consumers navigate the Lemon Law, as well as insurance claims for personal injuries. In 2014, she was appointed by Florida’s Attorney General, Pam Bondi, as an Arbitrator for the Jacksonville Division of the Florida Lemon Law Arbitration Board. After her husband John joined the firm, it was renamed and is now known as Hatfield & Hatfield, P.A. Due to her work with the Attorney General’s Office, Kate no longer takes lemon law cases and now focuses on all types of personal injury and wrongful death claims.
